a very quiet beach with extremely soft sand, beautiful sunrises, and warm water in the mornings. this was our favourite beach of all the ones we went to in maui.
Nice beach. Plenty of parking including big lot across the street. Close to a convenience store. Sandy without rocks in the water. Beautiful place for sunsets.
Easy access for that morning walk with coffee on one hand and POG bread on another. Snorkeling and swimming is good in the mornings before it gets too windy in the afternoons, and make sure to come back for that epic sunset in the evening.
This beach was GREAT!!!! not too busy, easy to get too, soft sand and clear water. No chairs or umbrella so bring your own but they do have a life guard. There is a store you can pick up some food from RIGHT across the street and shaved ice. You can also get floating toys$5-10 and snorkeling gear for $15 at the store. There are bathrooms (no soap) and a outdoor shower to clean up on.
Beautiful, sandy beach but no shade so bring an umbrella if you plan to be out awhile ☀️
Beautiful beach. My daughter had sea turtles swim right up to her every time we visited.
If you get there before 11, there is shaded space on the left side of the beach.
Very nice smooth beach very much like it
You can see the turtle in here!!
They just coming from nowhere and disappeared also but it's beautiful!!
It's a perfect spot and not full of tourists. It's more of a local spot. Waves are not massive, and they have a lifeguard on post. A gas station is across the street for refreshments, souvenirs, sunscreen, or lunch. This beach does have a public restroom with an outside shower to rinse off. Not a lot of parking, so get there early. Water is warmer in the morning before the winds arrive.
